Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

1. General Principles

Pampa the Brand operates under a high-quality standard. However, customers may request a return or exchange in accordance with Peruvian consumer protection regulations and the conditions set forth below.


2. Accepted Cases

Returns or exchanges will be accepted when:

  • The product has manufacturing defects.

  • The product received does not match the product purchased.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.


3. Timeframe

Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to submit a return or exchange request.


4. Product Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused

  • Retain original tags and packaging

  • Show no signs of improper handling or alteration


5. Exclusions

Unless otherwise required by law, returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or customer error when selecting size, color, or model are not accepted.


6. Procedure

Requests must be submitted via email to info@pampathebrand.com, indicating the order number, reason for the request, and photographic evidence when applicable.

The Company will evaluate the request and inform the customer of the applicable process.


7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, within a reasonable timeframe. Logistics costs may be deducted where applicable.
