2. Scope and Acceptance

Accessing, browsing, or purchasing products through this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Returns Policy.

These terms apply to domestic sales within Peru and to international sales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence.

3. Legal Capacity

Products and services are available only to individuals with legal capacity to contract under applicable law. Any person acting on behalf of a legal entity declares that they have sufficient authority to bind such entity.

4. Product Information

Pampa the Brand offers garments and textile products developed under high standards of design, quality, and material selection.

Product images, colors, and textures displayed on the website are for reference purposes only and may present slight variations due to artisanal processes, natural fibers, or screen settings. Such variations do not constitute defects or non-compliance.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and do not include shipping costs or potential customs duties, unless expressly stated otherwise.

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

6. Purchase Process

A purchase is considered completed when:

  • The customer successfully places the order.

  • Payment has been approved.

  • The Company sends an order confirmation email to the customer.

Pampa the Brand reserves the right to reject orders for justified reasons, in which case any payment received will be fully refunded.

The Company does not store credit or debit card information, which is processed directly by certified payment platforms.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, logistics availability, or force majeure events.

For international shipments, the customer acknowledges that delivery times may be affected by customs inspections or regulations in the destination country.

Pampa the Brand shall not be liable for:
