SHIPPING POLICY
Pampa the Brand
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Peru.
Customers acknowledge that international shipments are subject to customs processing in the destination country.
2. Shipping Destinations
Pampa the Brand ships:

Within Peru

To select international destinations, including the United States
If a destination is not available at checkout, customers may contact customer service for assistance.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using reputable domestic and international logistics providers.
The selected shipping method, carrier, and estimated delivery time are displayed at checkout.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Peruvian public holidays.
During peak seasons, launches, or special collections, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified when applicable.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched:

Peru: 2–7 business days

United States: 7–15 business days

Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, including to the United States:

Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Pampa the Brand has no control over customs clearance times.
7. Tracking
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Pampa the Brand is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed delivery attempts

Refusal of delivery by the recipient
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Customers must notify Pampa the Brand within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

Photographic evidence may be required.
Each case will be reviewed individually in coordination with the logistics provider.
10. Force Majeure
Pampa the Brand is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, strikes, natural events, or transportation disruptions.
